a high standard with typical Florida plants and pictures. There is a central
ceiling fan to assist the air movement if desired. A sliding glass door
gives access to the screened patio and pool. |

Large kitchen is well equipped with a large cooker,
hob, microwave oven, fridge, freezer with automatic ice maker, dishwasher,
double sink with waste disposal unit, toaster and coffee maker. Cooking
utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. are all supplied. |

The
dining end of the kitchen faces east and
so gets the early morning sun for a bright and cheerful breakfast. The wall-mounted
telephone is situated in this area. There is a separate laundry room with
washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board, which also has the
internal entrance to the double garage. |

The
master bedroom has a 6ft 6ins king-size bed
with en-suite bathroom,
a dressing table with large mirror and drawers, cable TV, clock radio, ceiling
fan and a walk-in dressing room with shelves and hanging space.

The en-suite bathroom has 2 vanity basins
with a large well lit wall mirror, storage
cupboards, toilet, large shower, electric sockets
and hair dryer. |

The second bedroom
has a double bed, chest of drawers, a large built-in wardrobe with plenty
of hanging space and a ceiling fan, making it another very attractive room.

The third bedroom will accommodate up to
4 people with a double bed, single bunk bed over and separate single bed.
This room also has plenty of storage including hanging space and
shelving. |

The
second bathroom is situated between the second
and third bedrooms. It has a vanity unit, with a
well lit wall mirror, toilet and a bath with shower
over. There is also a second hair dryer in this
bathroom |

The attractive, spacious patio and pool area
is fully screened to keep insects at bay whilst allowing you to top up
your tan. It overlooks a large area of natural vegetation including
grass, trees and shrubs which supports plenty of wildlife, beyond which
you can see the evening sunset. There is also a lanai for those who wish
to eat out of the midday sun The pool and patio can be illuminated at night
and pool heating is also an option. Poolside tables, chairs and sun loungers
are provided. |
